An Easy Birthday Cake

You child's birthdays is tomorrow and you can't order a cake. Get the cake
pans out and start baking. An easy birthday cake to make and decorate is

I prefer a two layer cake. To me they look more festive. If you have a
cake mix great, if not make one from scratch. Pour mix into 2 - 9" round
pans that have been greased and floured. Bake them at 350 degrees about 25
- 35 minutes. I can usually tell they are done by feel. If you can't put a
knife in and see if it has any batter on it. If it does it isn't done yet.
Try not to over bake it or it will be dry.

When it is done put it on a cooling rack a few minutes. Run a knife around
the edge of the cake. Then get a plate put the plate on top of the cake,
flip it and your cake should come out if not put a wet towel on the bottom
of the pan.

Now place the cake in the freezer for about 2 hours. You can leave them
upside down. A frozen cake will ice better.

Make your favorite icing or buy it. Ice the top of one cake flip the other
on it or place it on it. This is really an easy birthday cake. Now you
want to ice the sides you can use a regular knife to just put icing on and
run it around and ice the rest. Then do the top.

Now you can decorate. Either put sprinkles all the way around to decorate
or draw a circle in another color frosting fill it in and make a smiley
face. Sprinkles is an easy birthday cake idea. After you have that done
write Happy Birthday _ _ _ on it. You can use a different colored icing
that you put in a tube or a clean empty catchup or honey bottle. Anything
that has a small hole in top and will squeeze will work.

Once A Month Cooking - Hamburger Pasta Casseroles Freezer Meals

When it comes to cooking and baking, I love experimenting with once a
month cooking. This type of cooking is when you spend a day or two making
and baking up several meals for your family and then freezing them for
future use.

This recipe will make 3 large casseroles that will each feed 8 people.
They will keep in the freezer for up to 6 months. You will need three 9 x
13" rectangular foil baking pans, that I like to pick up at our local
dollar store or discount department store. After freezing, thaw the
casserole in your refrigerator for 6-8 hours and then reheat in the oven
for 20 minutes before serving.

Hamburger Pasta Casserole

4 lbs. lean ground beef
1 lb. thin sausage links, sliced into bite-sized pieces
2 cups onions, finely chopped
2 cups celery, finely chopped
1 1/4 cup green pepper, finely chopped
16-18 ounces pasta noodles
3 cans tomato soup
4 1/4 cups shredded American Cheese
12 ounce bottle chili sauce
1/4 cup pimento, chopped
2 teaspoons table salt
2 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups water
4 1/2 cups bread crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted (not margarine)

In a very large frying pan, cook the lean ground beef, sausage links,
onion, celery and green pepper until the ground beef is brown and no
longer pink. Drain off fat. Cook your desired pasta noodles according to
box directions, drain water and set aside. In a large stock pot, add your
cooked pasta noodles and meat mixture. Stir in the tomato soup, cheese,
chili sauce, chili powder, chopped pimento, salt, pepper and water.

Split the mixture up into 3 equal portions. Place mixture into each of
your baking pans. In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs with melted
butter. Sprinkle seasoned bread crumbs on top of the casserole mixture.

One of the most intense and exciting things about World of Warcraft is the
PVP (Player Versus Player) aspect of the game. Doing PVP with others in
groups and succeding is a rush. But PvP can be really rough when you first
start. Most new PVP players find that they spend most of their timeg and
looking for their corpse. And even if you're a long-time veteran of player
versus player combat, it's possible to lose track of the basics. I have
experienced several players who forgot the basic PVP skills, simply
because they had a streak for a long time.

With that out of the way, let's talk about 3 key tactics you need to apply
whether you're new to this whole PvP thing, or are already kicking butt at
a high level in WotLK.

First of all, you need to be able to heal yourself. And that's even if you
are warrior and travel with a priest. Do not leave your destiny in the
hands of other, always be sure to have some bandages or potions available
when your healer runs out of mana or die.. Do you really want your
character to die because the healer you were counting on was helping
someone else, used up all his mana, or got called away by his mommy when
